Please select the size of the frame so that there is a distance of approx. 10 cm between the frame and walls, protruding corners and obstacles such as shelves or door handles on each side. This is because the frame swings slightly in all directions when raised and lowered, and installation is usually not precise to the exact point.

If you only want to modify the length (up to 202 cm), then you can opt for a Hangbird with custom length.
For your customised frame, please specify the width, length and number of clotheslines. All other parameters will be calculated from this information.
Width
When choosing the width, keep in mind that you should be able to reach all the lines comfortably and choose a size that is not too wide. If the frame is accessible from both sides, the maximum width is 120 cm so that the crossbars can withstand the tension of the lines.

Prices will be in the range of standard frames plus 40 €. Frames longer than 2 m require 2 additional slats and the aluminium connecting pieces and are correspondingly more expensive. The additional clothesrail must also be made to measure.

Customised goods are not subject to the normal right of return as described in the cancellation policy. If the custom-made frame does not meet your expectations, we still offer you the option of returning it in accordance with the usual regulations, whereby the refund will only be based on the standard parts that we can resell (see ‘Hangbird without frame’). Please note the other conditions for a valid cancellation (including a 14-day deadline and goods in new and unused condition).
